Soft Surroundings is searching for a Performance Marketing Coordinator for our St. Louis headquarters. This position will be responsible for overseeing the digital footprint of the brand through strategic collaboration and trend analysis. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with e-commerce, creative, and merchandising teams to develop meaningful campaigns that align with brand strategies.
  • Request, track, and manage all assets for campaigns.
  • Forecast traffic and demand for channel.
  • Monitor vendor and channel performance through detailed reporting.
  • Partner with search and display vendors to grow the digital advertising program through competitive research, A/B testing, and incrementality tracking.
  • Research market and platform developments for new opportunities.
  • Manage the brand blog content.
  • Assist in creation of monthly marketing hindsight presentation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA in marketing or similar field of study.
  • 2 to 3 years' experience working in a fast-paced marketing environment, digital marketing preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of key advertising platforms including Google, Yahoo, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically and innovatively.
  • Excellent quantitative, written, verbal, and project management skills.
  • Google Analytics Certification is a plus.
