Job Duties:

Marketing & Visual

  • Provide overall support for the marketing team with planning, implementing and monitoring marketing activations and campaigns
  • Provide coordination and project support for a variety of marketing programs including internal and external events, social content, influencer collaborations and brand activations
  • Assist in coordinating external web and social content, including briefing, editing and content publishing, as well as regular monitoring of functionality
  • Manage all brand marketing production requests

Workflow Strategy

  • You will be the leader driving the teams and workflow and ensuring key milestones are met...
  • Coordinate all omni brand marketing meetings. Manage the brand marketing calendar and partner with project management on sharing deliverables/dates for the marketing calendar.
  • Assist in coordinating Corporate Communications calendar of internal events and publishing communications.

Other Responsibilities

  • Maintain corporate tools, including presentations, boiler plate and PR messaging documents
  • Prepare, format and edit a range of documents, including preparation and management of marketing briefs.

Proven Technical Skill Requirements

  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

Other Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in a consumer brand a definite plus
  • Are borderline obsessive attention to detail, organization and workflow
  • Have a strong understanding of the importance of deadlines, time management, fashion, and retail landscape
  • Comfortable working in fast paced environment where priorities may need to shift quickly
  • Value self-awareness and collaboration
  • Have a passion for delivering a superior experience to our customers, clients, vendors & one another
