 Here are the details:

Soft Surroundings is currently seeking a Full Time Supervisor for our Sales Center in Maryland Heights, MO for the afternoon shift of Monday through Friday 12:30pm - 9:00pm. We provide full benefits including 401(K) with company match, competitive pay, generous employee discount, profit sharing potential and an opportunity to work with a successful and growing company.

 

Responsiblities:

Lead and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed departmental, team and individual goals
Provide feedback on ways to enhance sales performance/sales strategies
Target methods to maintain and increase a professional and exceptional level of customer service to external and internal customers
Coach & develop staff to ensure that they provide customers with outstanding service
Take ownership of service issues to ensure quick resolution, sometimes making decisions outside of normal guidelines
Communicate with the Manager of Sales & Service regarding unusual issues or suggestions for improving processes
Other supervisory duties, such as hiring, training, conducting performance reviews, disciplinary action and termination when necessary

Qualifications:

Associates degree or equivalent education
A minimum of one year of Call Center supervisory experience & two years of sales experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and keyboard skills
Problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Organizational skills
Excellent people skills and customer service orientation
